Dear Member,
We are pleased to inform members that Council is participating in FCE, Brazil which would be held during 25-27 May 2010 at Sao Paulo, Brazil. FCE, Brazil is an event focused on APIs, Formulations, Excipients, cosmetics etc. About 25,000 visitors from surrounding Latin American countries attend this event every year. Considering the importance of the event, Council is organizing India Pavilion in 189 sq. meters of space.
Council offers furnished stands of 9/6 sq. meters size in the Pavilion to the interested members. For the benefit of small exporters, Council has made provision for ‘Common Space’ facility also. Cost of the stall / common space is given below:
Independent stall US$ 520- per sq. meter
(US$ 560 per sq. meter for corner stalls)
Common Space Rs. 1.50 lakhs- per member
(Cost includes taxes, furniture, electricity and other organizing expenditure)

MDA:
Members whose export turnover during previous year is less than Rs.15.00 crores are eligible for MDA subject to a maximum extent of Rs.1,80,000/- towards stall rentals and airfare. This facility is available for members who participate in the Common Space also. Members are eligible and interested to avail this facility have to send their application at least 15 days before date of departure. MDA application and claim forms are available here.
