Dear Sir / Madam,

We wish to inform the members that a half day Interactive Meeting is being organized on implementation of DAVA system for export of Pharmaceuticals under the Chairmanship of Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Govt. of India, as per following schedule:

Senior officials from GS1 and NIC would make presentations on labeling mechanism, functionalities of DAVA Portal.  It would be followed by interactive session with industry for addressing the specific issues.

As members are aware, vide DGFT Notification dated 5.1.2016, Government has extended the time schedule for implementation of parent-child relation for exports by Small exporters up to 31.3.2017, which is fast approaching.  In view of this, members are advised to attend this important meeting and discuss with the concerned Government officials about specific issues.

Registration:

There is no registration fee to attend the above meeting.  However, pre-registration is compulsory. Please register by sending a mail to info@pharmexcil.com  before 24.3.2017 to make necessary seating arrangements at the venue. 

We also request members to send their any barcoding related issues / comments / problems    immediately to info@pharmexcil.comon or before 24^th March 2017  so that the same will be sent to concerned officials for their perusal and suitable clarifications during meeting.
