We are glad to inform that Pharmexcil is organizing Expo-cum-BSM during 19-20th March 2015 at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, exclusively for Indian Pharma companies, with the support Department of Commerce, Indian Embassy, India-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and other local Pharma associations.
Pharma market in Vietnam:
In 2012 the market was of USD 2.84 billion. Market is expected to grow by 18% in 2013 and reach USD 3.34 billion. Generics market was of the size USD 1.70 billion in 2013 Generics constitute 50% of the total market. Market Reports indicate that 90% of API requirement and 50% of formulations requirement of Vietnam are imported. India exports about USD 212 mn to Vietnam contributing about 17% in APIs and 10% in Formulations of total imports of Vietnam.
Market reports indicate that Vietnam presently concentrating on improving the local formulations industry. Indian exporters can enhance their stake in this very important market by engaging with the local companies through JV's. With strong support from API industry back in India, Indian exporters can also access markets of Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar etc.

This event is preceded by Delegation to Cambodia and Philippines(10-18th March 2015), detailed circular for which will be issued soon.
Cost of Participation:
With the support of Department of Commerce, Council is organizing this Expo-cum-BSM, where members will be offered stalls at a very concessional cost, the details of which are given below:

Note:
1. For those who participate in the Trade delegation to Cambodia and Philippines before attending this Expo, Rs.30,000/- towards stall and Rs.20,000/- for Common Space will be charged. This does not include Travel and accommodation charges. This is in addition to the cost of participation in Trade delegation, details of which will be provided in the ensuing circular.
2. Common Space is restricted to 10 companies only
Details exact venue, floor plan of the exhibition will be informed to the interested members separately.
Financial Assistance:
Since stalls, travel and accommodation are being provided at concessional rates, there will be no further financial assistance available to the participants.
Since it is a unique opportunity for the Indian exporters to enhance their exports to Vietnam and neighboring countries, we advise the members to participate in this Expo-cum-BSM. Interested members may confirm their participation by clearly indicating their preference (i.e. Option I, II etc.) to info@pharmexcil.com or fax to 040-23735464. Stall will be allotted on first-cum-first serve basis.
Last date for confirmation of participation is 20th February 2015.
As many events are to be completed before 31st March 2015, some of our own events are overlapping. Members may kindly appreciate the constraints of Council and co-operate.
