Sub: EXPO-CUM-BSM in Russia followed by Business Delegation to Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (27th November - 10th December 2016)
We have pleasure in informing you that PHARMEXCIL proposes to organize the following activities in select markets of CIS region subject to the confirmation from our missions abroad.
1. Expo-Cum BSM in Russia (27th - 29th November, 2016): Members are kindly aware that over the years Russia has emerged as very attractive market for APIs, formulations and joint ventures in both countries. Pharmexcil has been making all efforts in Russia over last few years to create opportunities for Indian companies. We are proposing to organize a two day Expo-cum-BSM with an emphasis on "Make in India" as well as Joint Ventures / Technology Transfers. The proposed event will have following features:

6 sqm stall (60 only) to each participant

Buyers to be invited from all parts of Russia

Buyers from other CIS region will be invited

Conference on Russian Market
-
Interaction with Regulatory authority.
You will appreciate that this will be the second such initiative by Pharmexcil in CIS market where a stand-alone Expo-cum-BSM has been planned with the support from the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India & Embassy of India in Russia. During this Expo-cum-BSM, we also propose to partner with the Pharmaceutical Cluster in the Lipetsk Region Special Economic Zone.Your participation is very important to continue with this idea of making BSM more effective and giving a broader perspective.
2. Followed by this Expo-CUM-BSM, Pharmexcil proposes to take the business delegation to Belarus, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan subject to confirmation from our Missions. The detail schedule is as follows:

Members may kindly note the following important points:

Members participating in Russia will not have to pay any fee for participation in delegation to other countries.

Members participating only in business delegation to Belarus, Kazakhstan Uzbekistan & will have to pay a registration fee of Rs.50000/-.

It is mandatory to participate in at least three countries. This may include Russia.

Members participating in Expo-cum BSM and Business delegation to other countries should forward their confirmation along with an advance non-refundable commitment fee of Rs.1,50,000/- or Rs. 50,000/- as per the options. This is a non-refundable amount and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.

Interested members may please send payments through DD in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India, payable at Mumbai) by 15th September 2016.

Members will have to arrange the VISA on their own. Pharmexcil will arrange the Invitation/ Recommendation letter through Embassy/Chamber. Members will have to pay the Invitation letter charges in the respective country.

Please note that only FIRST 15(fifteen) CONFIRMED DELEGATES SHALL BE ALLOWED TO AVAIL MDA BENEFITS. Hence, members are requested to confirm their participation immediately by paying the non-refundable commitment fees, since first 15(fifteen) delegates only shall be allowed to avail MDA benefits. This condition is to be followed strictly as per the Ministry's sanction letter.
Note:
Assistance under MDA Scheme:
Members whose export turnover during previous year are less than Rs.30.00 crores and are having one year membership with the council are eligible for MDA subject to the other guidelines of MDA scheme. Under the scheme, eligible members will be given economy class excursion airfare subject to a maximum of Rs. 70,000/- per company. Interested members may send their Company Profile along with the name of the delegates & other details as per Application form Enclosed. This will not be extended to members participating only in Russia. As mentioned above, only FIRST 15(fifteen) CONFIRMED DELEGATES SHALL BE ALLOWED TO AVAIL MDA BENEFITS.
