Subject: EXPO-CUM-BSM in Russia followed by Business Delegation to Moldova, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan (27th November - 10th December 2016) - COUNTRIES REVISED.
In continuation to our Circular No. PXL/H.O./CIR-052/2016-17 dated 26th August 2016, Council would like to inform its members that our Mission in Minsk, Belarus suggested to postpone the delegation to Belarus at a future date. In view of the suggestions from our Mission it was decided to identify a potential country in the CIS Market.
We are pleased to inform our members that our Missions in Russian Federation, Moldova, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan have confirmed / accepted the proposed dates for the delegation visits as well as the Expo-cum-BSM in Moscow.
In view of the above, the revised itinerary of the proposed delegation visit is given below:

Members who have already sent their confirmation in response to our Circular dated 26th August 2016 have an option of withdrawing their participation due to change in the country from Belarus to Moldova. However, any withdrawals may have to be exercised on or before 21st September 2016. In case, we do not receive any response on or before 21st September 2016, we presume that their participation as confirmed. Council will not accept any cancellations thereafter no refund of participation fees will be entertained.
All other terms & conditions mentioned in our Circular dated 26th August 2016 remains unchanged.
