Online Submission of

MDA / MAI claims

Dear Sir/Madam,

As Members may be aware, Council receives, processes and clears over 700 applications under MDA / MAI scheme every year.  In order to make the processing of these applications easy and fast, Council developed a software application, whereby applications can be pre-processed through online. Salient features of the programme are: 

1. Members can fill up the application and upload required documents through online
2. If the application is found complete in all respect, a message will be sent asking for submission original documents, wherever required.
3. Once the application is pre-processed, it takes very less time for the Secretariat to complete the formalities and submit to the Government for its approval
4. In case there are any deficiencies, same will be informed through online / mail asking for submission of missing documents
5. Members can see the status of their applications online

It may kindly be noted that the   MDA applications are already being filed and pre-processed through online without any hassles.  In case of MAI applications (reimbursement of product registration charges), we request the members to start using online facility   with immediate effect.  In case of any problem, please contact our team for   clarifications.

For the benefit of members, we accept the applications under MAI scheme through off-line also for three months i.e. up to 31.10.2015.  From 1st November 2015 onwards, MAI applications (reimbursement of product registration claims) accepted through online only.

We request members to give their feedback / suggestions for any improvements software application also.
