As the new Financial Year is around, it is time for us to remind you about renewal of your Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for 2017-18.  Members may click on the following link to download the invoice:

Members are requested to kindly renew their RCMCs before 30th April 2017 and avoid late fee charges/ any hurdles in their exports.

Renewal for longer period:

RCMCs are generally renewed for one year.  However, some members expressed that renewal for 3 or 5 years would help them in obtaining certain licenses from DGFT / Customs for longer period.  In case, any member wish to renew the membership for more than one year, they may write accounts@pharmexcil.com; rcmcrenewals@pharmexcil.com, so that revised invoice will be sent. 

Submission of export turnovers:

Members may kindly note that Council is required to analyze the export performance of the industry and submit to Government regularly.  Hence, all members are requested to submit the export values for the last 3 years in the enclosed format, along with renewal fee,  to enable us to renew your membership. It may be noted that RCMC will be renewed only upon receiving the above information.
