13^th Annual Meet

23^rd September 2017

All the Members of Council,

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform that 13^th Annual Meet of Council will be held on 23^rd September 2017 at Hotel Novotel, HICC Complex, Cyberabad, Hyderabad.  On this eve, following events are being organized:

Technical Seminars: (0900-1600 hours)

We are inviting industry experts from India and abroad, consultants and senior officials of regulatory agencies, who will be making presentations on Quality, inspections, manufacturing related subjects

Crucible to Market - Round Table Conference: (0900-1600 hours)

We are inviting Director General of CSIR, senior scientist of all CSIR Laboratories, Life Sciences divisions of Universities, R&D experts and CEOs of pharma industry for this Round table conference.  The objective of the conference is create a collaboration among CSIR Laboratories, Universities/Institutions imparting education/training in Life Sciences and industry so that  industry would know the   research projects being carried out by the Laboratories and at the same time Laboratories / Universities would understand the requirements of industry.  They will also be discussing about  projects that can be taken up by the industry to reduce import dependency for KSMs / intermediates / APIs and make India self-sufficient

Annual General Body Meeting: (1430 hours)

Statutory meeting of General body meeting of Council will be held to transact tabled agenda

Pharma CEOs Conclave: (1700 hours)

CEOs of top pharma companies are invited and arranging Panel discussion on 'Need of the Hour to sustain positive growth of Indian Pharma Industry'.  Industry captains would be discussing   various Issues and challenges faced by industry like investments in R&D, new strategies in the international markets, inspections, modifications required in the policies to meet the challenges etc.

Export Excellency Awards: (2030 hours)

Annual Export Excellency Awards will be distributed to the   companies based on export performance.

Separate circulars for each of above events are under issue.
