Subject: Participation in CPhI Worldwide, 7-9th October 2014, Paris, Nord Villepinte, France.
We are pleased to inform that Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India is organizing India Pavilion in CPhI Worldwide 2014 at Paris, Nord Villepinte, France.
You are aware that Pharmexcil, since 2012 has scaled up India Pavilion in CPhI World Wide in sync with Brand India Pharma Campaign. This campaign is an ongoing exercise being carried out by Pharmexcil in association with IBEF and Ministry of Commerce, Govt Of India. As a result of sustained effort in this regard, Indian pharma's presence in CPhI World Wide has been very well noticed/ appreciated by all stakeholders. Govt of India is making a conscious effort to scale up the look and feel of India Pavilion and branding of Indian Pharma at different strategic locations at the venue. Following value additions have been the Hallmark of India's participation in CPhI World Wide since last two years:
· Well designed India Pavilion and specially designed Theme area with complete Branding images giving it a unique identity
· Large meeting area
· Buyer Seller meet in India Pavilion with the visiting / invited buyers.
· Increased Digital / Show daily coverage with more coverage on exhibitors in India pavilion during the event
· Strong presence of Senior Govt Officials
· Assistance to participants in India pavilion with presence of a local patent attorney( proposed for this year)
· Press Meets and Interviews spread over all the three days of exhibition
· Presentation on Indian Pharma during reception organized by UBM
In fact through these activities we have been able to make mark of India's presence in CPhI World Wide and now buyers from all across the globe are looking forward for planned/ special visits to Indian exporters in India pavilion. All the above activities would continue this year also.
In our endeavour to provide best possible opportunity to participating companies (formulation/ bulk drug wise), Pharmexcil is organizing India Pavilion in two Halls as given below:
· Hall No-4: For Finished Formulations. 294 sqm size India Pavilion at a very good location in the Hall.
· Hall No-6: For APIs and Bio-pharmaceuticals. 520 sqm India Pavilion at a prominent location in the Hall.
It is for the first time, Pharmexcil has taken space in two halls as per suggestions received from Members.
Stall Allocation:
The details of stalls and their sizes will be uploaded on the Pharmexcil's website http://pharmexcil.org/pharmaevents/cphi-worldwide2014/stall_reservation2014.php (on 2nd April 2014 for online bookings. Limited options will also be available for participation in common area in each Halls.
Members are requested to book the stalls as per the following details:
· The booking of Stall would be online and the approved layout will be opened for online booking (www.pharmexcil.com) from 4.00 PM on 2nd April 2014.
· The minimum made up stall size is12 Sqm.
· The cost of stall is highly subsidized as the participation of Pharmexcil is under MAI scheme. The comparative details with UBM's charges can be referred as well.
· Members opting for common area need to write directly to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com and rd.aks@pharmexcil.com.
· For stall booking related queries members can write to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com
Charges/Conditions:
The cost of made up stall for Pharmexcil's member will be Rs. 60,000/- per sqm (against the UBM stall cost of about Rs. 79,000/-per Sqm, Modular Stand Design, Minimum 15sqm-details shown in table below). The corner stall will be charged at Rs.65,000/-per sq meter.
· The cost of Common area will be Rs. 2,25,000/-.
· Members should confirm booking by sending the requisite amount on or before 30th April 2014.
· In case of non-receipt of payment by 15th May 2014, the reserved space will be allotted to members in waiting list, without notice.
· Members are requested not to book more than one stall. In case of large area requirement, the booking can be done for two stalls. However a written note should be sent by e-mail. This is to ensure that everyone gets fair chance for participation.
· No refund shall be made for cancellations after booking.
The charges will be all inclusive i.e. INSURANCE, STAND CLEANING, DIGITAL PRODUCT DIRECTORY REPRESENTATION FEE etc.
