Dear Sir/Madam, 

 

We are happy to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at CPhI India, for the 8th time, which would be held at Mumbai during 2-4th December 2014   This year also Council is organizing India Pavilion by taking 972 sq. meters of space with 108 stalls. Location of the Pavilion:

 

India Pavilion is ideally located at the very entrance of hall No.1. Members may click the followinglink to go the separate page created for CPhI India in our website, where you can find overall floor plan of CPhI India, India Pavilion floor plan, Reservation link etc.

Reservation of Stalls

 

There are 108 stalls of 9 sq. meter each in India pavilion. With a view to make the allotment procedure more simple and transparent, Council created a separate page in its website for this event, where members can book the stalls through online. To book a stall, please follow the steps given below:

 

·         Click on the above link for opening the floor plan

·         Select a stall and click for opening the registration form

·         Fill up the form and submit. 

·         Click on ‘Reservation” to reserve the stall selected by you. 

·         A member/group of Companies can reserve maximum TWO stalls only.

·         Due to our agreement with the organizers, no member/group of companies will be allotted not more than 2 stalls.  Members are requested to note this important point.  If members want to have bigger space, please contact the organizers.

·         50% payment has to be made within 10 days of reservation, failing which reservation gets automatically cancelled, without any further notice.

·         Payment details have to be sent by email to info@pharmexcil.com immediately to avoid cancellation of reservation

·         Please see the terms of allotment in the Registration form, before confirming the reservation

·          Council shall not be responsible for any such incomplete reservations

·         Final decision of allotment rests with the Council.

 

Cost of the stall:

 

Cost of each 9 sq. meter stall :  Rs.1,80,000

Cost of corner stalls              :  Rs.1,90,000

Stalls with pillars                  :  Rs.1,70,000

 

(Service Charge at 12.36% is extra)

 

Cost includes India branding, furniture, electricity, cleaning, insurance etc. Since the above prices are already subsidized, no other subsidy is available to members.

 

Allotment of Stalls:

 

Stalls will be allotted only after receipt of 50% of the amount, which  has to be paid within 10 days from the date of reservation. Balance 50% to be paid  before 31.8.2014.

 

Members are advised to take advantage of this opportunity of exhibiting at CPhI, India by being a part of India pavilion.
