At the outset, we would like to thank you once again for the overwhelming support to IPHEX an emerging flagship event of Pharmexcil to promote exports of pharmaceuticals and health care sector related products and services.
The last two editions in Mumbai have been highly successful and we have been able to position Brand India Pharma as Responsible healthcare. Embassies and Missions of India abroad are taking all efforts to promote IPHEX and suggest good business prospects.
In sync with our sustained efforts, an initiative is being taken to make IPHEX a global event and organizing its editions outside India as well.
As a step forward in the direction, we are pleased to announce the first edition of IPHEX-Africa being organized in Lagos in Nigeria.
It will be an exclusive exhibition for Indian exhibitors who will have an opportunity to generate immense business opportunities in Nigeria and other African nations. Members are kindly aware that Nigeria has huge potential as evident from following statistics:
Nigeria, during the year 2013-14 is the largest Export Destination of India having the export growth rate of 12.72 % as per DGCIS stats. Exports of bulk drugs and formulations to Nigeria are as follows:

Further, presence in Nigeria will be advantageous for members to explore opportunities in other African countries. Members are already aware of Pharmexcil’s initiative to open a warehouse in Nigeria with support of members and Ministry of Commerce, Government of India.
Like IPHEX-India, in IPHEX-Africa, Nigeria, exhibiting member companies will have an opportunity to:
· Showcase products and services (25-26th November 2014): Members will have exclusively well designed made up stalls to exhibit.
· Exclusive Buyer-Seller Meet (25-26th November, spread over in sessions): Pharmexcil will be inviting hosted buyers/importers/distributers/agents from other African countries in Nigeria to participate in the buyer-sellers meet being exclusively organized for Indian companies participating in Pharmexcil Pavilion. Members may also like to recommend names of their prospective business partners in Nigeria and other African countries for invitation by Pharmexcil. We would be hosting them in Africa. Pharmexcil will be partially covering their cost towards hosting them for the event.

Networking Dinner (24th Nov): Pharmexcil will be organizing a networking dinner with regulatory officials and all pharma related stakeholders. Regulators from Nigeria and other African countries would be invited.

Seminar: A three hour seminar is being planned focusing on Indian Pharma and thereby creating a platform for business interactions.
· Interact with Regulatory officials from Nigeria and other countries
Members should note once again that Pharmexcil is inviting buyers/importers/distributers/agents and all related stakeholders from all African countries.

Stall Allocation:
The details on stalls and their sizes will be uploaded on the Pharmexcil's website on 5th August 2014 for online bookings.
Members are requested to book the stalls as per the following details:
· The booking of Stall would be online and the approved layout will be opened for online booking on 5th August 2014 at 4.00 PM
· There are limited options for Common area - One table space.
· Members opting for common area need to write directly to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com and rd.aks@pharmexcil.com
· For booking related and any further clarification please write to rodelhi@pharmexcil.com; romumbai@pharmexcil.com; and rd.aks@pharmexcil.com.
Charges/Conditions:
· Members should confirm booking by sending the requisite amount on or before 31st August 2014. This will enable us to send your complete profile for inviting prospective business partners.
· In case of non-receipt of payment by 31st August 2014, the reserved space will be allotted to members in waiting list, without notice.
· Members are requested not to book more than one stall. In case of large area the booking can be done for two/three stalls. However a written note should be sent by e-mail. This is to ensure that everyone gets fair chance for participation.
· No refund shall be made for cancellations after booking.
We request our members to support this initiative of Pharmexcil by participating in large numbers.
