India Pavilion at Arab Health 26-29th January 2015 at Dubai, UAE

Dear Sir/Madam,

Sub:  'India Pavilion' at Arab Health : 26th – 29th  January 2015 at Dubai, UAE

We are glad to inform that for the 9th consecutive year, Council is participating in Arab Health 2014, which will be held during 26-29th January 2015 at Dubai, by organizing India Pavilion in 231 sq.meters of space. We would like to express our thanks to the members who have been supporting us in organizing India Pavilion at Arab Health, a mega event in the Middle East.

As members may be aware, 'Arab Health' is one of the major International exhibitions for Surgicals, Hospital, Medical equipment, pharmaceuticals etc., held every year in Dubai.  'Arab Health' is one of the most sought event as for Healthcare Industry is concerned as more than 3700 exhibitors from 70 countries, including 35 International country pavilions displayed their healthcare products and services to over 87,000 visitors from 140 countries participated in the event in 2014.  Highlights of the Pavilion:

a)    Arab Health is focused for Medical Devices, surgicals, diagnostic kits and other healthcare products.  Many visitors look for herbal products, pharmaceuticals also.

b)   This year, India Pavilion is located ideally in Plaza Hall near Shk.Saeed Hall three.  Please see the overall floor plan of Arab Health and area allotted to Pharmexcil is marked in red colour.

c)    The cost of per sq. meter space in India Pavilion is less than the rate charged by the organizer and the facilities and appearance of the pavilion/stall would much better, apart from refund of considerable amount, as mentioned below.

d)   Council would be putting efforts to ensure better look of India Pavilion.

Cost of Participation:  We are pleased to inform that space in India Pavilion will be allotted to the members at  concessional rates, as per following details:

   9 sq.meter stall –  Rs. 2.90  lakhs (Corner stalls Rs.3.00 lakhs)

   6 Sq. meter stall – Rs. 1.92 lakhs (Corner Stalls Rs.2.00 lakhs)

   Common space   - Rs. 75,000 

Note: Above cost includes minimum furniture (like one info counter, one table, chairs(four for 9 Sqmt and two for 6 Sqmt), brochure stand, fascia, top branding, carpet, panels, lights, dust bin), insurance and electricity, top branding etc. For Common space, one table and one chair and panel will be provided for posters.  Only one person will be allowed in common space.

Allotment of Stalls:

With a view to make the allotment procedure easy and transparent, we made the reservation of stalls online.  Interested members may please click on the following linkand reserve your stalls as per your choice.

ONLINE RESERVATION OF STALLS
(Online Stall reservation available from 12th August, 3:30 pm onwards)

Please note the following terms:

a) Members can reserve stalls as per their choice.  Maximum stalls that can be reserved by any member is two stalls. Kindly note that the Stall Reservation is available on 12th August 2014 from 3:30 pm onwards.

b) Payment has to be made within 15 days from the date of reservation, failing which the reservation automatically gets cancelled and it becomes open for other members to reserve.

c) Since stalls are allotted at discounted rates, the above rates applicable for reservations up to 18th August 2014 only.  For Reservations made after this date, there will be an increase of 5% on the above rates, every month.

Cancellation of stalls:

Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Reservation of stall gets automatically cancelled, if the payment is not received with the scheduled time.

Financial Assistance:

As can be observed above, the stalls in India Pavilion are allotted at very concessional rates, taking into account financial assistance available from Government, though council has not received the amounts so far from the Government.  Since Council is passing on the financial assistance to the members upfront,  there is no further assistance / reimbursement available to the members. 

Since limited space is available, members may take immediate action to book the stalls.
