Notice is hereby given for 10^th Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday, 19^th September 2014 (2.30-3.30 p.m.) at Hotel Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad to transact the following:

AGENDA

1.    To consider and approve the minutes of the 9th Annual General Meeting held on 25.09.2013 at Hyderabad.

2.    To consider the report on the activities of the Council for the year 2013-14

3.    To consider and approve the report of the Auditors and the Annual General accounts of the Council for the year 2013-14 

4.    To appoint auditors for the year 2014-15.

5.    To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
