Availability of Additional Space at Arab Health 2015

Dear Sir/Madam,
Subject: Availability of Additional Space in Za’abeel Hall 4 at Arab Health during 26-29, January 2015.
As members are kindly aware, Council is participating in Arab Health and organizing India Pavilion for the last few years successfully and supporting Pharma sector/ Medical Devices. For the year 2015, we have taken a space of 231 Sq. mtrs and offered it to members wide our Circular dt: 11th August 2014 informing that the stall reservation opens online on 12th August 2014. As a result, the entire space was sold out on the same day.
Subsequently, we have received several requests from our member companies indicating their interest to participate in this event through Pharmexcil. Basing on these requests, Council has made a representation to the organizers of Arab Health requesting for additional space at the Arab Health 2015 event.
We understand from the organizers that they are expanding the Za’abeel Hall 4 and making it available to the exhibitors as additional space. Za’abeel Hall 4 is a semi-permanent, fully air conditioned hall. A copy of the Overall layout of Za’abeel Hall 4 is also enclosed for your information.
In view of the above, we request our member companies, looking for exhibiting at Arab Health 2015, to indicate their space requirement, if any, to the Council on receipt of this communication to ayush@pharmexcil.com. Pharmexcil would like to take a decision on the basis of response.
Members may kindly note that the stall charges are applicable as per the rate offered by the Organizers and may be higher (by about 25%) than the price offered by Pharmexcil earlier.
