Council offers independent stalls of 6 and 9 sq. meters each and also Common Space in India Pavilion, cost of which are as follows:

All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture. For Common space, each participant will be allotted one table, one chair and one panel for displaying their posters. It may be noted that only one person per company is allowed to participate in the Common area.
Allotment of Stalls:
Members may please click on the following links to see the overall floor plan of Pharmaconex and also India Pavilion. Stalls will be allotted to the members (who pay 5% non-returnable charges with application) on first-come-first-serve basis. Members may select the stall and inform us their choice and the same will be reserved, if available. Members are required to make the full payment within 15 days of making reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

Assistance to the participants:
Subject to the approval of Ministry of Commerce, Govt. of India and also other rules of MDA scheme, members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs.30 crores and has one year membership with the Council, will be eligible for financial assistance to the extent of Rs.2.00 lakhs towards stall rentals and travel. MDA application & claims forms.
Since this is a unique opportunity to increase exports in Africa, we advise the members to take part in the event. Interested members may confirm their participation immediately by selecting the stalls, on or before 01st March 2015.
