Dear Sir / Madam,
As members are aware, New Foreign Trade Policy was announced by Ministry of Commerce, Government of India on 1st April 2015 for 2015 - 2020. As there are many changes in the Policy and it is also understood that there are many aspects in the Policy that may impact Pharmaceutical Industry, Council is organizing a Presentations on "An overview of Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20 - Its impact on Pharma Sector" as per following tentative schedule:

Dr. Kavita Gupta, IAS, Additional DGFT, is requested to be Chief Guest for the interactive session (confirmation awaited). Dr. Harshdeep Kamble, FDA Commissioner, Maharashtra has also been requested to bespecial guest of honour (confirmation awaited), to share their views on the new Foreign Trade Policy with the members.
Prof. Ajit Shah who is a Consultant for Export - Import who is experts from the industry will be making presentations about various changes that were brought in the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-20.
Members are advised to take active part in the above meeting and interact with the experts. Members may also send their issues, if any, in advance to romumbai@pharmexcil.com & info@pharmexcil.com, so that the same can be discussed in the meeting and also bring to the notice of Government for amicable solutions.
