Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to inform our members that Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Bombay Chamber) under the auspices of the Insurance Committee supported by PHARMEXCIL is organizing a workshop on Managing Liabilities in the Pharmaceutical and Food and Beverage Sectors. The workshop will feature industry leaders as well as experts from India and abroad.

The Pharmaceutical Sectors are exposed to risks across many dimensions. These risks could be strategic, operational, financial and at times even reputational. Operating in a global environment which requires a risk management framework that helps to identify, measure, manage and monitor international risk exposure.

The objective of this workshop is to take a serious look at the business drivers, emerging risks and risk mitigation/management options in the Pharmaceutical sectors. While the workshop is expected to create awareness of risk management and risk transfer through insurance Bombay Chamber also have a session that will provide a practical guide to dealing with claims and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.
