Dear Sir/Madam,

We are glad to inform our members that Council is participating in the exhibition "Supply Side West" for the sixth consecutive time, being held at Las Vegas during   7^th-8^th October 2015. Supply Side West is the world's largest event for Herbals, Traditional medicines, Dietary Supplements, healthy and innovative ingredients.

This exhibition is widely regarded as the flagship exhibition for Herbal products, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Ayurveda etc.  In 2014, the event attracted nearly 13,000 suppliers and finished product manufacturers with about 1,100 companies exhibiting on the show floor. More than 60 countries were represented, including Canada, China, India, Japan, Korea, Germany, Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Australia etc.

Members are kindly aware, our Hon'ble Prime Minister took an imitative to revive traditional medicine and a separate Ministry has also been formed for AYUSH in this regard. In our endeavour to promote Brand India Ayush, we have invited Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister for AYUSH and Senior Government officials from Department of Commerce for inaugurating "India Pavilion" at Supply Side West 2015.

Council on its successful participation, reserved space of 92 sq. meters. For the benefit of members in Herbals / Nutraceutical and Dietary supplements and Ayurveda sectors, stalls of 9 and 6 sq. meters sizes are being offered. 

Cost per 9 Sqmt  Stall          : Rs. 5,60,000 (Corner Stall: Rs.5,65,000)
Cost per 6 Sqmt                   : Rs.3,75,000 (Corner Stall: Rs.3,80,000)

(MDA Benefit available upto Rs.1,50,000as per the new guidelines)

Assistance to the participants:

Subject to the approval of Ministry of Commerce, Government of  India and also other rules of MDA scheme, members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs. 30 crores and has one year membership with the Council, will be eligible for the financial assistance to the extent of Rs.1.50 lakhs towards stall rentals. Since this is a unique opportunity to increase exports to USA and neighboring Countries, we advise the members to take part in the event.

Since limited space is available, stalls will be allotted on first-come-first-serve basis.
