Pre Budget Proposals for 2016-17

All the Members of Council,

Dear Sir/Madam,

We wish to inform our members that Council has received a communication from Department of Commerce, Government of India seeking Pre-Budget Proposal for 2016-17 from the Industry. It would be right opportunity to make suggestions for inclusion/deletion/modifications of any Direct and Indirect Taxes in the Union Budget 2016-17.

Members are requested to send their proposals in the attached format, giving suggestions  separately for changes in Customs and Central Excise Duty Rates and Direct Taxes. Council will compile these suggestions given by the members and forward the same for Consideration/Recommendation through the Department of Commerce to Ministry of Finance.

The suggestions may be sent to us at info@pharmexcil.com with a copy to romumbai@pharmexcil.com before 31^st August 2015.
