Season's Greetings from your Council!!!

As the new Financial Year is around, it is time for us to remind you about renewal of your Registration-cum-Membership Certificate (RCMC) for 2016-17.  Members may click on the following link to download the invoice:

Members are requested to kindly  renew their RCMCs before 30th April 2016 and avoid late fee charges/ hurdles in their exports.

Also Become Eligible voter to elect Members of Committee of Administration:

Members may become eligible to contest or vote in the elections to the Committee of Administration by submitting the self-certified export turnovers for the last 3 years and names of maximum 3 persons authorized to exercise voting rights. Requisite form is attached herewith.

Submission of export turnovers:

Members may kindly note that Council is required to analyze the export performance of the industry and submit to Government regularly.  Hence, all members are requested to submit the enclosed format (export values part) without fail, to enable us to renew your membership. It may be noted that RCMC will be renewed only upon receiving the above information.
