Dear Sir/Madam,

We are pleased to inform Council is participating in CPhI China for the 6th time, which would be held during 21-23rd June 2016 at SNIEC, Shanghai, China.  CPhI China is an event focused on APIs, Excipients, Plant Extracts, Contract Manufacturing etc. About 63,331 visitors from 130 countries attended this event last year.  Considering the importance of the event, Council is organizing India Pavilion in 156 sq. meters of space in Hall E 1 H 36

Council offers furnished stands of 12/9/6 sq. meters size in the Pavilion to the interested members.  For the benefit of small exporters, Council has made provision for 'Common Space' facility also.  Cost of the stall / common space is given below:

We would like to inform member companies that the subject event is not approved by Commerce Ministry and hence Council would not be in a position to provide MDA reimbursement.

Members who are interested to participate in the event may please book stand / space immediately, by sending mail to dd.smk@pharmexcil.com.

Last date for booking of stall is 12th May 2016.  Members may please note since space is limited, stalls will be allotted on first-come-first serve basis.  Once allotment is made, cancellation will be allowed against 100% cancellation charges only.

Note: Council has submitted proposals to Commerce Ministry for all the events including CPHI China 2016. Despite our best efforts, we have received approval for only eight events out of total 18 events, which excludes CPHI China.
