Dear Sir / Madam, 

 

We are happy to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at CPhI India, for the 9th  time, which would be held at Mumbai during  21-23rd November 2016   This year   Council is organizing India Pavilion by taking 966 sq. meters of space with 105 stalls. Location of the Pavilion:

(To ensure that all the Members get the opportunity to reserve the stalls at the same time, the above link will open at 2.30 p.m. on 9.6.2016 only)

 

Reservation of Stalls

 

There are 105 stalls of 9 & 12 sq. meter each in India pavilion. With a view to make the allotment procedure more simple and transparent, Council created a separate page in its website for this event, where members can book the stalls through online. To book a stall, please follow the steps given below:

 

  • Click on the above linkfor opening the floor plan
  • Select a stall and click for opening the registration form
  • Fill up the form and submit. 
  • Click on ‘Reservation” to reserve the stall selected by you. 
  • A member/group of Companies can reserve maximum TWO stalls only.
  • Due to our agreement with the organizers, no member/group of companies will be allotted not more than 2 stalls.  Members are requested to note this important point.
  • It is observed during previous years that members block too many stalls denying chance for others to participate.  In view of this, systems restricts the members not to block more than two stalls.
  •  If we find any member/group made reservation of more than 2 stalls, all such bookings will be deleted from the system, without any notice.  
  • 50% payment has to be made within 10 days of reservation, failing which reservation gets automatically cancelled, without any further notice.
  • Please see and confirm the terms of allotment in the Registration form, before confirming the reservation
  • Please do not take printout of the Invoice, before completing the Registration.  Council shall not be responsible for any such incomplete reservations
  • Final decision of allotment rests with the Council.

 

 

 

Cost of the stall:

9 sqm  Two side open Stalls       ::          Rs. 2,25,000

9 sqm Stall with pillar                  ::          Rs. 1,95,000

9 sqm  Stall with one side open ::          Rs. 2,15,000

12 sqm Stall with two side open::          Rs. 2,95,000

12 sqm stall with pillar                 ::          Rs. 2,60,000

 

 (Service Charge will be charged @ 15% extra)

 

Cost includes India branding, furniture, electricity, cleaning, insurance etc.

 

 

Allotment of Stalls:

 

Stalls will be allotted only after receipt of 50% of the amount, which  has to be paid within 10 days from the date of reservation. Balance 50% to be paid   before 31.8.2016

 

Members may note that organizers are considering to allot additional space in a different hall.  Members who could not book their stalls, may write to us informing their required space, to enable us to inform to the organizers and request for additional space.

 

Members are advised to take advantage of this opportunity of exhibiting at CPhI, India by being a part of India pavilion.
