We have pleasure in informing you that PHARMEXCIL proposes to organize the following activities in select market of LAC region:
IPHEX-LATAM in Peru: Members are kindly aware that over the years Peru has emerged as a very attractive market for APIs and formulations. Pharmexcil has been making all efforts in Peru over last few years to create opportunities for Indian companies. Last year Pharmexcil successfully organized an a curtain raiser on IPHEX- LATAM in Peru. Keeping in view of the same this time we propose to organize IPHEX LATAM (two day Expo-cum-BSM) in Peru. The proposed event will have following features:
· 6 sqm stall (50 only) to each participant
· Buyers to be invited from all parts of Peru
· Buyers from other LAC region will be invited
· Conference on Peruvian Market
· Interaction with Regulatory authority DIGIMED.
Your participation in larger number in this maiden IPHEX-LATAM is very crucial to the initiatives being taken by Ministry of Commerce and Pharmexcil to tap the opportunities in the market. This kind of platform will lead us to address all issues and challenges as well at a regional level.
Followed by this Expo-CUM-BSM, Pharmexcil, proposes to take the business delegation to Colombia, Panama and Mexico. The detail schedule is as follows:

Members may kindly note the following important points:
Members participating in Peru will not have to pay any fee for participation in delegation to other countries.
Members participating only in business delegation to Colombia, Panama and Mexico will have to pay a registration fee of Rs. 75,000/-.
It is mandatory to participate in at least three countries. This may include Peru.
Accommodation will be arranged by the Council on the basis of recommendation of Missions abroad (Hotel tariffs will be informed shortly and payment to be made by participating members directly). In case of Peru, the accommodation will be provided by Pharmexcil.
Members participating in Expo-cum BSM or/and Business delegation to other countries BSM should forward their confirmation along with an advance non-refundable commitment/ fee of Rs.2,25,000/-or Rs. 75,000/- as per the options. This is a non-refundable amount and can be refunded only if the event is cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances at the instance of our Missions/Council.
Interested members may please send payments through DD in favour of Pharmaceuticals Export Promotion Council of India, payable at Hyderabad) by 1st Jul 2016.
Assistance under MDA Scheme:
Members whose export turnover during previous year are less than Rs.30.00 crores and are having one year membership with the council are eligible for MDA subject to the other guidelines of MDA scheme. Under the scheme, eligible members will be given economy class excursion airfare subject to a maximum of Rs. 1 lakh per company. Interested members may send their Company Profile along with the name of the delegates & other details as per Application form Enclosed. MDA assistance will not be extended to members participating only in Peru.
