Subject: Interactive Meet with Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, IAS, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce on 29th August 2016 at Hotel The Lalit, Mumbai - request for Active participation of CEO/MD /VPs.

We are pleased to inform you that Pharmexcil is organising an interactive meeting of top exporters to Europe & US  with Shri Sudhanshu Pandey, IAS, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, Government of India on 29th August 2016.

This meeting has been called specifically to discuss the decline/slow down in Indian Pharma exports to Europe & U.S in last 3 (three) months. Member exporters shall have an opportunity to share their issues / suggestions / concerns related to Pharma Exports especially on increasing our share in exports, constrains in these markets, how to become more competitive, etc. We also welcome suggestions on the proposed role of Government in increasing the exports to these countries.

The details of the meeting are as follows:

Day & Date:    Monday, the 29th August 2016

Time:               1430 hrs onwards (followed by high tea)

Venue:             The Lalit Hotel, Sahar Airport Road, Mumbai - 400059

To make this programme more result oriented we solicit active participation of CEOs/MDs/VPs and also member exporters by sending us the issues faced by the member exporters by e-mail to romumbai@pharmexcil.com and dgdesk@pharmexcil.com immediately but not later than 22nd August 2016 to enable us to collate all the points and forward it to the department well in advance.
