Sub:PRE-BUDGET PROPOSALS FOR 2017-2018

We are pleased to inform our members that the Budget proposals for Pre-budget exercise is being compiled by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Department of Commerce, Government of India for consideration by the Ministry of Finance for the UNION BUDGET 2017-18. It would be a right opportunity to make suggestions for inclusion/deletion/modifications of any Direct and Indirect Taxes in the Union Budget 2017-18.

Members are requested to send their proposals in the attached format. Members are requested to send separate suggestions/proposals for the Changes in Customs & Central Excise rates of Duty and Direct Taxes. Council will compile these suggestions given by the members and forward the same for Consideration/Recommendation through the Department of Commerce to Ministry of Finance.

The Suggestions/Proposals as per the attached format may be sent to us at romumbai@pharmexcil.com with a copy marked to dg@pharmexcil.com and ed@pharmexcil.com on or before 6th September 2016.
