Notice is hereby given for 12^th  Annual General Meeting of the Council to be held on Friday, 23^rd September 2016 (2:30 -3:30 pm) at Hotel  Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad to transact the following:

AGENDA

1.    To consider and approve the minutes of the 11^th  Annual General Meeting held on 24.09.2015 at Hyderabad.

2.    Presentation of report on the activities of the Council for the year 2015-16

3.    To consider and approve the report of the Auditors and the Annual General accounts of the Council for the year 2015-16

4.    To appoint auditors for the year 2016-17

5.    To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
