We are glad to inform that Pharmexcil is organizing work shop on “Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Regulatory Perspective for Pharma & Biotech Sectors” supported by Department of Pharmaceuticals on 18th & 19th January, 2017, Mumbai.
Objective of the Work Shop - India after joining WTO and with TRIPS Regime became "Pharmacy of the World" by taking Generic Leadership position with the spirit of "Partnership for Progress and Success." Patent Non-Infringing Strategies with Regulatory clearances are essential for gaining "Right to Market" access especially in thrust areas like Biotech sectors. Changing Global Trade Scenario Indian Pharmaceutical Industry is strategically moving towards "New Drug Discovery" by Proactive Intellectual Participation in this kind of Workshops. The main objectives of the work shop is to help the MSME Sectors of the Pharma Industry with respect to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
The work shop will have deliberations on IPR topics followed by Panel discussion.
