We are glad to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at PHARMACONEX, being held atCairo International Conference Center (CICC), Cairo, Egypt, during 08^th – 10^th April 2017.This is the 5^th time Council is participating in the event. PHARMACONEX is the leading Industrial Pharmaceutical event in North Africa and Middle-East. For more details, please visit their website www.pharmaconex.net

Highlights of the event:

ØBased on positive feedback received from participants last year, Council is organizing India Pavilion by taking about 90 sq. mts.

ØEgypt is a good market for APIs, Pellets, Neutraceuticals, Formulations, Surgicals etc.

ØPavilion is located right at the entrance of the hall.

ØSpecial efforts are being made to through our Embassies/ Associations to invite local buyers to India Pavilion.

India Pavilion:

Council offers independent stalls of 6 and 9 sq. meters each and also Common Space in India Pavilion, cost of which are as follows:

All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture (1 table, 2 chairs, 1 waste bin, 2 spot lights, rear & sidewalls, name board, socket, Wi-Fi, electricity).  For Common space, each company will be allotted 1 table, 1 chair and 1 panel for displaying their poster.  It may be noted that only one person per company is allowed to participate in the Common area. 

Allotment of Stalls:

Members may please click on the following links to see the overall floor plan of PHARMACONEX and also India Pavilion. Stalls will be allotted to the members on first-come-first-serve basis.  Members may select the stall and inform us their choice and the same will be reserved, if available.  Members are required to make the full payment within 10 days of reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled. Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

MDA:

Members may please note that council has applied for assistance under MDA scheme.SUBJECT TO THE APPROVALOF MINISTRY OF COMMERCE, GOVT. OF INDIA and also other rules of MDA scheme, members whose export turnover for the previous year is less than Rs.30 crores and has one year membership with the Council, will be eligible for financial assistance to the extent of Rs.2.00 lakhs per company will be reimbursed.

Since this is a great opportunity to increase exports in Africa, we advise the members to take part in the event. Interested members may confirm their participation immediately by selecting the stalls, on or before 27^th February 2017.
