Subject: Guidelines/Advisory for Member companies participating in Business Delegation/Trade Fairs in China
We would like to inform member companies that our Mission in China has prepared some guidelines and advised Councils to circulate these guidelines for information and compliance.
Member companies participating in any of the events in China organised by Pharmexcil or through any other agency or for your business trip, are hereby requested to follow these guidelines from time to time.
It is also pertinent to mention that member companies entering into any business agreement with companies in China, are advised to take the help of our Embassy/Consulate General in China to know the credentials of the local companies.
A copy of the Advisory received from the Embassy of India at Beijing is enclosed for your kind information.
