We are glad to inform that Council is organizing India Pavilion at launching edition of   CPhI North America being held at  Philadelphia, USA 16-18th May 2017.    This event is co-located along with 32^nd edition of Informex.  CPhI North America is expected to provide  forefront of emerging trends and insights across the entire North American pharma value chain, from drug discovery to manufacturing to packaging and distribution. India Pavilion:

In India Pavilion Council offers independent stalls, cost of which are as follows:

                               9  sq. mt.                                           :       Rs. 4.50 lakhs

                               Meeting tables                                 :       Rs. 1.50 lakhs

It may be noted that only 92 sq. meters of space is allotted and hence very limited stalls are available.  In order to assist more members, a new concept of providing Meeting tables is adopted for this event.  About 6 meeting tables (1 round table with 3 chairs) will be made available for members to conduct their meetings. There is no provision for placing banners / brochures etc., for those members who avail the facility of meeting tables.  All the stalls will be furnished with minimum furniture

Allotment of Stalls:

Members may please click on the following links to see the overall floor plan of CPhI North America and also India Pavilion. Members may select the stall and inform us their choice and the same will be reserved, if available.  Stalls will be allotted to the members on first-come-first-serve basis.  Members are required to make the full payment within 10 days of making reservation, failing which their reservation automatically gets cancelled.   Cancellation is not allowed once the stall is allotted. Amount paid will be forfeited.

Assistance to the participants:

Since the financial assistance is granted under MAI scheme, stalls are allotted at concessional rates and hence, there is further assistance available.

Visa:

Members may please note that Council is not responsible for getting visa for USA. Members have to make their own arrangements in getting visa.  Council only helps in getting visa invitation from the organizers, if required.  Claims for refund of stalls charges will not be entertained due to visa issues.
