Sub: Amendments in Notification No.22/2003-CE and 23/2003-CE dt.31.3.2003. The Central Government hereby directs that each of the notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), specified in column (2) of the Table hereto annexed shall be amended or further amended in the manner specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Table. These amendments are relating to exemption to goods brought into EOU/STP/EHTP Units and exemption to DTA Clearances of specified goods produced in EOU/EHTP/STP respectively.
